What is mediation?

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution where an independent impartial person works with two or more people to reach a solution that is acceptable to them. The mediator does not make judgements or take sides. They ask questions to help uncover the underlying problems. They help families explore all potential options for resolution. Mediation creates a safe environment and structure for communication blocks to be addressed and overcome.
