Pooled Resources and Experience

NCBA members range from start-ups to established successful businesses. Some members are in a position to provide a certain amount of mentoring to those just beginning their journey into the world of self-employment; some are experiencing the growing pains of pending expansion while others have reached their ideal size. This mix results in regular discussions where members share future concerns and past experiences. Due to the large pool of resources available around the table, expertise, products, services and solutions in general are often sourced within a short period of time.

Mentoring

Each member of the group is open to being called by other members for assistance, advice or to simply bounce an idea. Each member has an expertise or experience that they can share to benefit other members.

The Social Aspect

Being an owner/manager can be a lonely job sometimes and having a group of people to share experiences, challenges, and successes with is a great outlet. Many of our members have commented on this being one of the lesser known benefits of becoming a member of a network.
