Growth and Development
A Needs Analysis is conducted on a regular basis to identify shortfalls in knowledge/expertise that is not available within the group. Once a shortfall is identified, relevant professional external facilitators are engaged to impart the desired information, thus ensuring that the members are adequately equipped to conduct their businesses as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Goals for 2011
To grow…
- Sales for NCBA Members
- The NCBA reputation & online presence
- NCBA Membership numbers to 35
North Cork Business Alliance members strive to fulfil their goals by taking ownership of the group and by being willingly active in all aspects of its activities. As there is exclusivity in membership, all members are coming to the table with their own specialised knowledge which, when shared, benefit the group as a whole.
Social
There is also a social dimension to NCBA. Regular social outings are organised which afford members opportunities to further promote the bond and trust between businesses, which will, ultimately, also assist in the referral process.
