Do your customers owe you money? Have you asked them for it lately? It sounds obvious but many business people still find it hard to talk about the M word with their customers. Motivate them into paying by simply asking for it! (For those of you who are blue in the face from asking your customers to pay up – stay focused, stay calm, stay determined, be flexible and professional.)
