A One Day Sales Master-Class
This programme is designed to incorporate the important hands on elements of the sales process and the development of selling skills into a one-day programme. The programme focuses on the three essential elements of a successful sales strategy:

- Skills
- Knowledge
The programme focuses on SME business, new start-ups, established businesses with a need to develop an effective sales function within their business. It is a hands-on workshop that will ensure that the essential elements of the sales process are understood and practised.
